The Retreat is a 2 ½ acre Carp Lake sat in rolling countryside on the Shropshire/Powys border. It offers very secluded fishing for Mirror, Common and Grass Carp up to 30lb with plenty between 8 -14lb. Many of the Carp are naturally bred in the lake and are long torpedo shaped fish that fight  long and hard. The lake has also received additional stockings from VS Fisheries.
